Home cook, self-appointed taste tester, and firm believer that the best recipes are the ones worth making twice. Sometimes three times. Sometimes until your family begs you to stop.
This is where I share the food I actually make. The recipes that get requested at every gathering, the bakes that disappear before they've fully cooled, and the occasional kitchen disaster that I will absolutely tell you about.
You'll find classic recipes here alongside gluten-free options that actually taste like the real thing, because why should anyone have to eat a sad version of a brownie? Most things come in both, you pick your adventure.
Fair warning: my kids show up in this kitchen sometimes. They are enthusiastic helpers. They will be very clear in what is YUM and what is YUCK.
If it didn't make me immediately want another piece, it didn't make the cut.
Almost everything has a Gluten-free swap, because no one should have to eat a sad cookie.
There are small humans in this kitchen with zero filter. If they liked it, it's here.
I bake because it makes me happy. I share because keeping a dozen muffins to yourself is technically possible but deeply wrong.
Whether you're a seasoned baker or you just googled 'what does fold mean in baking'.. you belong here.

Hey, I’m Kelsey.
I bake a lot. Like… almost every day. It’s my thing, it’s my outlet, and it’s usually how I show love to the people around me.
This is where I share the recipes I actually make on repeat. The ones that get requested, texted about, and immediately sent to someone else before you’ve even finished your first bite.
Food is a big deal in our house, partly because we love it and partly because we’ve had to get strategic. My husband has celiac disease, I have PCOS, and I refuse to accept a life where dessert is disappointing. So most recipes here come with a classic version and a gluten-free option that still hits. No “this is good… for gluten-free.” Just good.
You’ll find a mix of go-to bakes, weeknight staples, and the kind of recipes that make people think you tried harder than you did. Some are simple, some feel a little extra, all of them are worth making again.
I test everything (probably more times than necessary), I have strong opinions about ingredients, and I will absolutely tell you when something is not worth your time.
